Inside Sales Representative:
We’re looking for a fearless and scrappy Inside Sales Representative (ISR), who is that rare breed of “get the job done” and capable of both hunting, chasing and closing deals.
-Personalized outreach (gift giving, emails and phone calls) to MarianaIQ’s key target accounts
-Outbound calling and follow-up for lower tier accounts
-Qualifying and researching inbound leads
-Working with both the CEO and Sales Director to demo and offer consultative marketing advice to prospects
-Following up on deals to ensure the right decision makers are involved in order to move deals forward to close
-Hustling- all day, everyday.
-Resilience: Rejection doesn’t bother you. You’re fearless and ready to make 100+ calls a day
-Creativity: You’re creative in your approach and will do what it takes to get someone on the phone
-Activator: You love that feeling of getting sh*t done, and checking off that box on your “To Do’s”
-Team Player: You’re goal oriented, but realize that it takes a team to get the job done. Communication: You’re a clear communicator and know how to adjust your pitch depending on your audience
-4 year bachelor’s degree with solid academic track record
-1-3 yrs of experience in SaaS software sales SDR or ISR role
-Confidence without arrogance. Narcissists need not apply.
Nice to Have’s:
-Working knowledge of marketing strategy and/or digital marketing
-Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications
